I am Karni Singh, I have always been a resident of the beautiful Pink City, Jaipur. Born on 18 August 1972, I also completed my education in this city.
I graduated in 1993 from the Rajasthan University. Having spent all my growing years in Jaipur, I have always been fascinated by the foreign tourists, and their fascination with India. Post my graduation, I opted for Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Jaipur from National Council for Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India in 1995.
On attaining my degree from the Hotel Management Institute, I joined the Taj Group of Hotels, run by the TATA Group. During this period, I also did a stint at the Hotel Taj Lake Palace Udaipur. After three years of working with hotels, in 1998, I switched careers and started working as a Travel Agent. My work with hotels has only added to my understanding of our foreign visitors and their expectations of travelling here.
