Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, phone number and country, and optionally your city, the number of travellers, trip length, destinations, month and year of travel, hotel preference and any notes you add. We use this solely to answer your enquiry and prepare an itinerary and costing for you.
We also record the page you enquired from, your IP address, and — if you arrived through an advertisement — the advertising click identifier, so we can tell which of our pages and adverts are useful. We record that you ticked the consent box and the wording you were shown, so we can demonstrate that consent was given.

We keep a log of pages visited, which records the page address, the referring page, your IP address, and your browser and device type. We use it to understand which pages are read and to spot abuse. IP addresses are also used to look up an approximate country and city.

If you send us a review, we store the name and text you provide, and publish it only after our own approval.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to tell real visitors from automated abuse. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site, though our forms rely on Cloudflare Turnstile to work.
To arrange your trip we pass the details necessary to deliver it — usually your name, travel dates and party size — to the hotels, drivers and guides involved. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Our website and its database are hosted in Europe, and our team accesses and works with your enquiry from our office in India. If you are contacting us from the UK or the European Economic Area, this means your information is transferred outside that area so that we can answer you.
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time — reply to any of our emails, or write to the address above, and we will stop.
If you are in the UK and you think we have handled your information badly, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first, so we have the chance to put it right.
